Sinusitis how can i make it stop?
Im having really bad headaches for the last 3 weeks and i am going to see the doctor soon again!! im be having bad sinus pains on and of for the past 3 years in the past the pain goes atfer a week or so but it seems to last longer now has anyone had the same problem?

Yup - 'tis the season; ALLERGY SEASON, that is.
It's probably seasonal allergies gone haywire. Some people are just especially sensitive to pollen, dust, mold, ragweed, etc. Depending on where you live, the environmental conditions could be triggering your dinus issues. You can develop allergies at any age, so that's the likely culprit.
Your doctor may prescribe a nasal spray and/or pill to control your symptoms. I take Nasonex and have pretty good results.
In the meantime, try running a hot shower in the bathroom, or hold your head (not too close) over a sink with hot running water, deeply breathing in - as best you can - the steam. Tylenol and OTC decongestants can help. I believe Excedrin even makes a "Sinus headache" tablet, but don't overdue it with the medication until you've seen your doctor. Warm compresses across your face may also provide some relief.
