It's 4:20 all day long and I don't even know if I'm getting high anymore.

I usually obstain for awhile every now & then... otherwise the same issue arises. I smoke & nothing seems to happen.
Your system gets used to it, & you have to smoke ever increasing amounts, which is bad for your lungs (yay vaporizers!)
Take a break every now & then... when you smoke again it'll come back to you.
