I need the surgery to have a baby i want one so much and i cant have one so can anyone help me find away to get the money.

i can afford a baby! please dont question that. its just coming up with that all at once. now i know it wont take that all at once to have one i have all the stuff to have one i just want ways to come up with thatall at once
