Migrane...
Any Tips On How To Get Rid Of It..

I suffer from migranes too...i feel for ya..this is what i do and it works..

1. take Tylenol
2. turn off all the lights
3. get a bowl of cold water and put ice cubes in the water
4..get a hand towel...soak it in the water, squeeze the excess out and put it over your forehead...let it touch your eyes (if affected)
5. make sure there is complete silence...no TV , radio, people talking....
6. relax..relax...
