Answers:

You should see your doctor about having insomnia problems they should be able to either help find the cause of it or prescribe you medication to help you sleep. Another thing you can try is using herbal pills to help you sleep such as Valerian root or melatonin. Both of these are over the counter and from my experience non-habit forming. Valerian Root smells like dirty feet, that's the only draw back though Melatonin is odorless. With that avoid watching TV before bed or using a computer. The lights from them will actually wake you up more then put you to sleep. I would advise not laying in bed except when sleeping. If you during the day use you bed to lie in and watch TV or read I would also advise against that. If you only use you bed for sleeping you will train your mind that the bed means sleep. Watch what you eat and drink in the evening. You especially want to avoid caffeine and anything with alot of sugar. Reading before sleeping is another good thing you can do, as you read your eyes will begin to tire helping you to fall asleep faster.
