Disability help. I'm confused?
I have a serious Back Injury,Iv been told im 30%disabled by industrial injuries,have Epidural injections every 6wks,(not helped)Also have degenrotive disease 5-1lower back,fibromialgia,I struggle with everyday life even with the easiest tasks so why am i not entitled to disability living allowance? My doctor and consultant have said im not able to go back to work and only going to get worse Im 39 un walk,look un feel 80 yrs old.Not able to get Incapacity allow's as worked part time while kids where growingup.Thanx to all with replies

Ring your local Benefits Advisory service and get one of the bods there to go through an appeal with you-we have had occasion to appeal on 2 separate occasions and on both the original decision was overturned-don't give up it is worth having and could indeed make all the difference to you--Good luck to you.
