Are they just sweating? If you're a teenager, you might just be experiencing the scourge of ball sweat for the first time. Adult men's balls sweat, constantly. When you step out of the shower after washing your balls, you will notice that they still stink. As a result of the constant sweating and lack of air, your balls will itch often.
