Can the brain trick the body into believing that somethings wrong with it? When the body is completely fine?
Meaning if my brain truly THINKS that im sick , is it possible for my body to show all the symptoms because my brain is telling it to cough or become fatigue? Basically is it possible the brain can trick the body in any type of way?

yes this is true.i work in a mental health clinic and i see this all the time.not saying you're mentally or anything.for example there has been cases of women that wanted to get pregnant so badly that their body would show signs of being pregnant.the sickness the tender breasts even no period the cravings everything.if you're saying i'm sick eventually you're body is going to believe it.you're mind controls everything your body does.it's all a mind thing and yes your body can be tricked in doing things that your brain tells it to do.there is evidence linked to that.
