My friend flew head first down a flight of stairs...?
it was so awful, she's okay now thank god. just some minor injuries here and there but she cant walk that great and has to stay at home for a couple of weeks..but im wondering if she should see a special doctor? i dont really know much thats why im asking, i just want to make sure she's alright and gets the best medical care..

Surely she already saw a doctor, right?
I suspect that physician who advised her to stay home for a couple of weeks would have informed her if she needed to see a specialist. My bet is that she has soreness and bruising but that she'll be okay. The doctor probably advised her of how to look out for concussion, and that's probably the most serious concern.
