I get colds monthly?

I get cold monthly. I have a sore throat and runny nose. Is that normal?

GREETINGS, no that's not really normal, sometimes little kids when starting school and being exposed to germs of other people have alot of colds and bugs to start with but you build immunity. Are you sure it's not some allergy? do you eat alot of citrus fruits or take vitamins? I would take alot of vitamin C if I were you. I do that as when I do get sick, it's pretty long and nasty, I don't get over things well as I'm chronically anemic and the vitamin C helps. They have tasty vitamin C cough drops you can munch on that taste like candy, Robitussan has alot of flavors and the store brands are pretty good too.
