Can anybody tell me whats wrong or what can i do to make it better
Ok i have had diarrheal for the last few days and Imodium A.D. hasnt work , when i eat my stomach hurts and my food dosnt digest because i have to throw it up just to make my stomach stop hurting and i havent had to pee since i got this problem. can anyone help me, got a big interview tomorrow so i need to clear this up

It sounds like a case of food poisoning, but you really need to see a doctor. Your lack of urine concerns me more than anything. You are probably dehydrating as a result of your diarrhea. Get some Pedialyte asap (drink small sips so you don't throw it up) and make an appointment with your doctor! I would call the job and reschedule that interview.
As for the pepto-bismol and immodium, these products will only hold that nasty bacteria in your system for longer (if food poisoning is the problem).
