What to do with a nosebleed?!

Question:

What to do with a nosebleed?

I picked my nose because it was like stuffed. AND THEN IT STARTED TO BLEED. ITS BLEEDING SO MUCH RIGHT NOW. OMG IT WONT STOP MY BOOKS, Papers, keyboards all bloody. AHHH BLOOD!!!. IM BLOODOPHOBIC

Answers:

Don't pick your nose so agressively.

Pinch the nose just under the bridge. Tip your head forward. Breathe through your mouth. Keep wad of tissue under nostrils to catch seepage. Do this for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how quickly you clot.

As for being hemophobic, I doubt it very strongly, because you'd never have the presence of mind to type this message.

Clean your keyboard with a *damp* (not wet) sponge, wait for the blood to dry and begin to flake. Use a can of compressed air to clean the remainder. You may have to toss the 'board anyway and replace, but you might not. As for the books and papers, you'll have to replace them, since blood stains don't come out of paper...well, not if you want the text/photos/etc to survive.
