Iv had trouble with alcohol all my life and I have tried everything and I mean everyting,EVERTHING!?
Ive been to rehab 8 times, programs with church and If I dont stop Im gonna die of liver failure andything out there new? Please help! IM 38 yrs old, I stay sad all the time. I have a great wife and kids, I just about have to be buzzing with them just to have fun. I know Im a sick puppy!

Go see your primary physician and ask them to refer you to a psychiatrist - you might have depression.
Depression and alcohol addiction can often go together, so if that is your case, you need treatment for both.
Then look in the mirror and tell yourself your wife and family are worth living for, and they need a 'healthy you' around. You can make the changes necessary when you get the right support.
Do this tomorrow - you cannot postpone this.
