Why does my hand swell when i pitch?!
Question:
Why does my hand swell when i pitch?
i play fastpitch softball, and i am the pitcher. my hand swells up when i throw. and after. why is this? i am not worried about it or anything, i know other pitchers who also have this happen to them. i am just curious as to why it happens.
i throw at about 50 mph. maybe a little more or a little less.
my hand doesn't hurt, it does shake a little.
