HAVE YOU EVER had SUN POISIONING?

I HAD BEEN VOLUNTEERING AT CAMP ALL WEEK AND ON THURSDAY I BROKE OUT ON BACKS OF LEGS AND ON MY NECK, DESPITE SUN BLOCK! IT WAS SO HOT AND HUMID!
THE AREA IS RED AND SWOLLEN AND ITCHES.
I READ TO TAKE BENADRYL AND STEROID CREAMS.
I SEEM TO HAVE A LITTLE RELIEF W/ THIS!
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?
