Why do i produce a lot of mucus when i eat something salty?!


Question:

Why do i produce a lot of mucus when i eat something salty?

whenever i eat ramen noodles, chineese food, chips... i have to clear my throat a lot because i get a post nasal drip... i know it sounds gross, but i want to know why it happens. it doesnt happen to my husband... whats up with this?

It's just how your body is reacting to the foods your eatting. thats just my guess. :o)
