Why are my hands cold?
Damn, why are my hands colder than normal? in a slightly cold environment, my hands are like ice, when others hands are normal. im tired of people always shaking my hand and then tell me its cold. damn, even my GF will not let me hold her hand. it's an annoying problem. i have a very healthy diet, and run every day. could it be that my body is used to being hot from training? any cures?

Ooh yeah and its summer. my hands are stone cold in the slightest cold when im in a building.

It sounds to me like you may suffer from poor circulation and possibly a disease called Reynauds. Please be sure to have your doctor measure the oxigenation in your hands next time you go and be sure to discuss this very common problem with him or her. It could be a symptom of many other more seroius problems as well.
