I have to get a TB test tomorrow. Is that just a typical shot with blood taken?!

Answers:

no, they inject a tiny bit of fluid just under your skin. then you come back after 2 days to get it read. if you have a positive reaction (the spot gets inflamed to a 10 mm diameter) and lots of people get positive reactions, then you get sent to get a chest x-ray too. no blod taken, but you get a tiny injection that hurt a whole lot less than a blood test
