Why do I sneeze a lot in the mornings?!

Question:

Why do I sneeze a lot in the mornings?

About an hour after I get up I go through a mini sneezing fit (perhaps 10 in a row). By this time I've dressed, showered, breakfasted and am otherwise in perfect health, but it seems to happen more if the weather is mild. Why is this? I'm not allergic to anything or a hayfever sufferer.
