Does anyone else get overtired in the afternoon? what do you do to re-energize?

Apparently eating a red apple can perk you up 3 times as good as a cup of coffee will!!
I didn't believe it at first, but I was nearly falling asleep at about 3pm at work every day so I thought what the hell.. and it really does help! you also don't get the 'come-down' effect when you crash after the caffeine effect peaks in your system. I love my coffee though so often I find that I have both and it keeps me awake and alive for ages.
I have 2 apples with me today (it's Monday.. grrrr)... :D
