Sleep problem...?!

Sleep problem...?

I go to sleep easily and I get plenty of it every night, but I still wake up tired. What can be causing this?


Answers:

There is more than one answer to what is causing this, but all of them really mean you should go to your doc and have your health checked.

Areas of concern would be Sleep apnea or perhaps one of your body systems being out of sync. (Hypothyroidism is a good example)

There may also be something in your enviornment that is disturbing your sleep just enough that you aren't geting as deep a sleep as you think.

Avoid caffiene, exercise early in the day if you can (activity tends to give you an energy boost), and try to not eat too much junky foods or surgary/starchy foods -- you can sometimes get a "crash" from these foods.

Make sure your mattress is comfy.

MAinly I would think you should get to your doc and have a good checkup to make sure it isn't anything too big.
