i have been exhausted for the last couple of months, i can exert any energy, if i do i feel like im going to faint, there are somedays when i cant even get out of bed, and i have had this constant headache for about a week that feels like i have my head in a vise, and it keeps on pushing in, should i go to the ER

My Doctor is very busy, so your luck if you can get an appointment 2 weeks from when you call
