Okay. Help with food plan?

I have a 120lb weight loss goal, but I need a little help. What foods do I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What are the right snacks and how many? Can I have coffee? I'm so confused because I've never been on a diet. My goal is three pounds a week, so how many calories can I have each day? I don't want to starve myself because I've been down that path and that's part of the reason I'm so big now. I just want to get down to about a size 9 again and not be winded from just walking. It's disgusting!

So, what foods are good/bad?
When should I eat what?
Do you know of any good websites with info about dieting properly?
