How do i get rid of some body fat that i have?

im about 5' 4" and about 110-115lbs. i feel self conscious about my body although my bf tells me otherwise. how do i get rid of my "love handles" and get leg muscle without loosing my butt. or even better build my butt so its bigger. i also know that if i work out too much my boobs will get smaller cause there wont be any more fat.. ahhhhh what should i do?..

Answers:

Diet and exercise are the only way to loose weight, and tone muscles.

There are no exercises that specifically reduce fat in certain areas. No such thing exists.

To tone the muscles, perform low impact, exercises that focus on the areas. Basically many reptitions, very little weight. Aerobic activities like walking / running / aerobic kick boxing, etc will help tone those muscles.

Regarding diet: leaner cuts of meat, like chicken and fish vs beef.

Less processed food stuff. Look at grocery stores, and you will see the fruits and veggies / meats are on the outside edges of the store. The processed foods are centered down the aisles.

Reduce your fat intake. Less deep fried foods.

A lot of snack foods contain extra fats and oils to keep them moist.

Drink lots of water and juice. Less soda. All that sugar has to go somewhere. Even if its sugar free, its just not as healthy for your body. And if you're not constantly active, the sugar goes right to the ole love handles.

Water has no negative impact on your caloric intake. It even helps flush things out of your system.
