RGN number for complaint?
i am in dispute with a very agressive and unprofesional nurse in england who will not divulge her registerd number how do i find this out i have her name
Answers:
As the other answers suggest you must complain either to her employer or the Nurses and midwives council (who will have a record of her PIN number which they will match to her name, as they are a the board who issue the registration in the first place)
A nurse should not divulge the pin number to anyone exept employers as then it could become subject to identity theft and an unregistered person could pretend to be a nurse
Please note there is now no such thing as the UKCC (United Kingdom Central Council)
it is now known as the NMC( Nurses and Midwives Council)
