Trouble Breathing?
Lately I have had a real hard time breathing. It seems as if my lungs arent getting as much oxygen as they could. I have taken some medications, but they don't seem to be helping at all. I would goto the doctors, but I don't have the money to spend on that at the moment. Any ideas of what it is, and how I can help myself?

If it helps, I live in FL and its been pretty hot lately.

Does this happen when you are just sitting around, or when you are moving around more?
Does the Air conditioner help or hinder?
Have you tried a humidifier cool mist one?
Watch the meds, over the counter stuff can hurt alot.
If you have asthma you shouldn't take them at all.
You may have a mold problem in your house. In that case the humidity is making it worse.
We need a bit more info if you could provide it.
