What happens if a woman is one week pregnant and needs to have a surgery with local anesthesia? It's a risk for the pregnancy?

The Dr. you are seeing will inform you of all the risks. Just make sure he/she knows u are pregnant. Even if you arent 100% sure that you are pregnant, ask them what the risks would be. No matter what answers you do get on here, you should really ask ur dr.
