Foods that will do good during studying and exams?
kindly suggest foods that will help me concentrate and will help me become more alert during exams. Please, need help.
Answers:
Blueberries (excellent for memory)
Nuts (protein is important)
Gum (helps with stress)
Popcorn w/parmasean cheese (fiber w/protein)
Also take breaks often to help you retain info. Write things as you read them to help you remember.
