Question:

I moved to vegas and noticed that I am having some odd things happening to me. Help?

I lived in Vegas before and the same things happen. I get hot flashes, really tired and lazy, random attacks of disorientation, and really strange depression type symptoms. I was just wondering if it could be the air conditioning, or the dryness and heat. I mean, does anyone have any experience with environments and weather causing fairly serious problems?

*Tiredness, Disorientation, no drive, more blood in nose mucus, headaches, muscle aches, irritability, gastrointestinal problems, weight gain...I think thats it.

None of these feel life threatening, nor are they there all of the time, they come and go, and the disorientation is generally accompanied by a hot flash, and generally happens at night and lasts for several hours. Any idea's?

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the advice, and I'm putting it all into action as best I can, I'm already feeling a little bit better using some of your guy's advice. Much thanks.

I've noticed the same things, and I've narrowed it down to three things: diet, exercise, and music.

As far as diet goes, most people here ought to be 500 lbs. It's amazing how much junk food everyone here eats, but it's part of the nature of the town. Cut out the synthetic fats, and you'll feel a bit lighter.

In terms of exercise... wait what's that? Again, due to the nature of the town little is to be had. Get some, and you should feel fine.

As far as music goes, listen to something that's mellow. Believe or not some people get mentally exhausted with music.

One more thing: some of those sound like a hormone imbalance, which ironically might be the result of some of the above. Might want to consult your doctor on that.
