Why is it when i stay in bed all day and be lazy i get a bad headache and feel real sick all day?
headache, dizziness, feel like im gonna throw up

You've stayed in bed far too long and the body is retaliating.
It might feel good to lay there and do nothing,
the body is just bored.
I feel bad in the head too,but not to the point of throwing-up.
Solution: get up when it becomes to painful.
Take a nap a little bit later.
