How can I grow taller?!

Question:

How can I grow taller?

I'm 14 years old and only 5'1 and a third. I always use to be the tall freak in my school since I was always A LOT taller than everybody in my class through kindergarden until 5th or 6th grade. After I hit 6th grade, I stopped growing completely while everyone else kept growing. So now, I'm one of the shortest in my class.
My mother is about an inch shorter than me but my dad is exactly 6'0. I LOVE milk so I drink it all the time and I'm still short! I really want to grow taller but how can I?

Oh and I got my period at 10 years old. I heard that can affect your height too.

Answers:

Growing taller by increasing human height is a complex process that involves genetics in addition to a balanced diet and exercises. Human genes play an important role to determine your final height. However, there is ample proof that a balanced life style will significantly increase your prospects of growing taller.

Steps
*Eat a well-balanced diet that is rich in calcium, iron, and Vitamin D (Vitamin D will help your body absorb the calcium in the foods you eat). This can help promote growth if you're still young.
*Stand up straight. Good posture can make you look taller.
You can also try sleeping more if you are still young as sleeping will straighten your spine.
*Take up yoga. Some people report that the stretching has helped them grow taller, but keep in mind that this isn't the best way to get taller.

Tips
*Take time out to research foods that are rich in calcium and iron.
*Remember that your height is dependent on your genes. If you aren't happy, and you are a girl, try wearing pumps.
*At night, before you go to bed, drink a glass of milk. You can also eat a few green vegetables such as lettuce, celery, etc. These are extremely high in calcium!

Warnings
*Remember that you probably can't grow significantly taller. Try to be happy with your natural genetics and don't fight too hard!
*Taking lots of calcium without vitamin D is useless. You need vitamin D for absorption of calcium!
