Headaches. constant in the morning and nights?

i just recently returned from iraq for 7 weeks, and every morning when i wake up i have a really bad headache. i never had them like this at "work" and at night usually when im laying down i get them again, as i type this my head is killin me. why is this just starting? is it mabe when i lay down i get them? this wont be good when i get deported again.

i wear contacts also. and i really never take them out? can this be a problem?

Doll, you need to get in to see a doctor.

This may be stress related and rightfully so in your case, but there is a good chance that this is something medical going on.

Daily headaches are not normal, and taking Tylenol or anything else day after day wont help it either.

Get in to see a doc to have this investigated right away.

As for contacts, I doubt there is a relation. However, you need to take them out on a regular basis. Its not healthy to keep them in all the time and its a good idea to switch to glasses every 2nd day or at least for a few hours a week.

Still though, have your headaches looked into. It isnt normal and could be any number of things. Some serious, some not. Have it investigated.
