When someone smokes weed, what do they do to get high? Do they inhale and keep it there for a few seconds or what? WHat does a person look like when they are high?

I dont smoke weed, but my friend does... i just wanna know when hes high and how he does it?

A person while high may have red eyes, their eyelids might be droopy, and they will most likely act stupid unless they are experienced smokers.
A lot of how someone acts depends on the high, which can be affected by a certain mindset or the type of marijuana (cannabis sativa, which is mind high, and cannabis indica, which is body high).
Personally I like to have a clear mind and be relaxed before I smoke so I feel more intellectual and actually can think about politics, social issues, etc. When I accomplish that I don't act dumb at all, so it really depends on the person and their mindset.
