because it gives me a few minutes relief i cant take it anymore.lol it use to work i havent used it in months thats why i use it.lol

Nasal spray can cause damage to your sinus cavities. Have any Vicks Vapor Rub, or equivelent? Cotton swab just a little bit and be careful but put a little up your nose on each side. Only takes a little, then breath in kinda hard, that vapor will open you up. Go get that Benadryl!!!!! If that doesn't work, go see the doctor or ER because it's a sinus infection if it doesn't help. You will have to have antiobiotics for a sinus infection, but to me it sounds like severe allergies. I get like that myself.
