Coldsore??
for about 5 hours theres iv had what looks & feels like the beginning of a coldsore, but its been there for 5 hours & still hasnt developed into a proper coldsore, still just the little beginning bit, when normally i would be a big one after 2/3 hours. iv things like this before but theyre normally gone after an hour or two, will it become a real one? whats happening?

it's probably just a cold sore waiting to happen. i get those a lot and most fo the time they take a day to develop and sometimes they will only develop halfway. the best thing to do at the first sign is get a cotton ball and put either hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol on it and then dab onto the coldsore. it should reduce the swelling and be gone in no time. also you could try some abreva..
