Is health care a right or a privilege?
should health care be offered to all as a right or as a privelege to those who can afford it? why?

Affordable Healthcare should be the right of everyone. I can understand cosmetic and elective items being a privelege to those who can afford it, but everyone should have access to affordable medical, perscription, and dental care. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work that way. If you are poor, you qualify for medical care. If your rich you can afford it. But for those of us stuck in the middle and who don't happen to work for a large corporation that provides reasonable health insurance we just have to hope and pray that nothing goes wrong. I can't even afford my asthma medication right now because I don't have insurance and can't pay the $115 a month. So I just pray nothing goes wrong.
