My mom has -- COPD - Dialysis (renal failure) - Hypoglycemic - Bi Polar Disorder!

Question:

My mom has -- COPD - Dialysis (renal failure) - Hypoglycemic - Bi Polar Disorder - Anemia - UTI?

She's 69 and is in the hospital she's not able to hold her head up and she's complaining of not having clear thoughts and that her mouth and gums are very sore. Does anyone know if this could be the beginning of the end or have any ideas to help my family and my mom get through this? The team at the hospital seem stumped. I wish her Dr. was Dr. House!

Please help!

Answers:

Well the COPD is the one thing besides anemia that I would mostly be worried about. But because she has renal failure the UTI could be a problem too. But most the time with renal failure UTI's are very common. She is prolly on a lot of drugs that are supposed to help her. She might have taken too much of a pain med and you kow that can cause a lot of the unclear thoughts bobbling of head. I would just wait to see what the tests say. But I would make sure that you know whats should happen when she does pass that way your prepared.
