it might of been a deer fly or black fly

the bump is just basically swelling..it just means that your body is trying to heal the bite and fight off any bacteria that may have entered by increasing blood supply there that is full of white blood cells. if in the next days you feel that you feel sick and or develop a rash, go see a doctor right away..
