How can you swallow a pill with ease?
My dad wants me to take this pill but I can't!
I try to...but the pill is too big.
He said I'm not experienced enough.
Whenever I try to take the pill, I drink like 1 litre of water...
Can someone help me?
I need to know how to swallow it in like one minute or less!
Size of pill : 2 cm long, 0.5 cm wide.

Put it at the back of your throat, then drink lots of liquid.
