Ive lost my voice, does anyone know of any cures to help it come back?
I have lost my voice, i think it is due to my hayfever, ive taken my hayfever tables, which has help my itchy eyes and blocked nose but not my throat or lost of voice. can anyone think of any cures to bring my voice back as its driving me mad. Thanks

You need to relax and soothe you're throat. You shouldn't talk for a day or two that much. Inhale hot air so to relax and soothe you're throat, take lots of warm liquids. If you heat sugar yes sugar and mix it with warm milk it really helps. This sounds like the complete opposite but icecreams also helps! Well all them put together helped me! Good Luck!
