Hairy mole?!

Hairy mole?
I have a customer at work with a large mole on his face, and he has, no joke, at least 5 inches of hair growing out of it. Thick hair, you could braid this stuff. He is Asian, is there some sort of signifigance in a hairy mole? It's also quite groomed, like he smoothes it down, or combs it.

well, it may be he has skin cancer. is it two coloured or oddly shaped? if so, he may have skin cancer. if not, ignore it. it seems ok to me
