What is this lump on my shoulder?
i had an allergic reaction to something (maybe essential oils in a facial), which gave me an angry rash on my face, neck and ears and swelling to my face and have was prescribed cetirizine by my doctor which i've taken for 2 days. but overnight i've developed a large soft painless lump on my shoulder, about 15cm in diameter and also have a stiff neck. could this be linked to the reaction or medicine or completely unrelated? thanks.
