I do have a anal fissure!! And i am suppose to call my doctor when it gets bad, but see i am on my period and i cant tell it the bleeding is from that or my butt!! Is the anal fissure why it burns when i pooed!! I did turn from whole milk straight to fat free milk!! Is that why i had diarhea?? HELP!! Sorry for being so gross, again!!

Answers:

Switching your milk from whole milk to fat free milk won't affect anything because all milk naturally contains lactose (milk sugar). If you're lactose intolerant, it means you don't have enough lactase (the enzyme that digests lactose) in your body, which can result in many symptoms including diarrhea.

Yes it is possible to poo and pee at the same time, especially if you had diarrhea. What have you been eating lately?

Well, there's several reasons you could have ended up with an anal fissure in the first place. I dunno if your doctor explain it to you or not but it can occur if you get severe diarrhea a lot.

It burned when you pooed because it's normal to have a burning sensation when you get diarrhea.

It's possible that the bleeding could be coming from your anus as a result of your anal fissure. It's better to be safe than sorry, so I suggest you go to the doctor and get it checked out if you're so concerned.
