Does eating really spicy food all the time have negative effect on your health?!
Question:
Does eating really spicy food all the time have negative effect on your health?
Answers:
It depends on how spicy. As with everything else, moderation is the key. Anything that irritates your insides, means it's doing you no good. If you are eating food spicy enough to be at these levels a.k.a. the "ring of fire" then you are going to be interfering with nutrient uptake and digestion, which will be more of a chronic than acute problem. If you do something like eat 15 habaneros, you're going to injure your insides, essentially a chemical burn on your innards. Who needs that?
