Question:
One-day fever, diarrhea, and stomach pains for a couple of days now?
A few days ago I randomly had a fever of 102 and that's about when the diarrhea/stomach pains started. All that day I basically had nothing to eat. The next day my temperature went right back down to 98.6 and I started to eat normally again. The diarrhea has been still coming for several days now, along with bad stomach pains nearly all the time. Help?

Possibly gall bladder or stomach virus or 24 hr bug.
