Yellow around my eyelids and under my eyes, missed period for over 3 months or longer, and pains in my stomach

ive gone to the docter i dont know how many times, been sent to specalists and everything no idea of whats wrong, ive had scans and everything, if anyone knows what this might be please tell me!?

If you've not explored jaundice as a possibility, definitely do so.

Otherwise ... changes in diet?
Have you been exercising to extreme (can shock your body into skipping periods)?
Are you seriously deficient in any nutrients ... like maybe you were taking vitamin supplements and you suddenly quit? Since you're missing periods, you might be having problems with iron absorption ....
Trouble urinating or changes in your urine (color changes in particular)?
Do you have any food allergies?
Have your docs looked into liver function?
Have you had your thyroid tested?
Are you drinking enough water?

Your symptoms are fairly non-specific, so it could be a lot of things. What kinds of specialists have you been to? What kinds of tests have they run? Is there any more information you can provide?

Evaluate what's going on in your life. You might be able to figure out what changed to cause you to be so ill, which could help determine whom you should consult.
