I am a boy and i am 4 feet 11 inches how can i grow taller in 3 months for football?

i want to be about 5 feet 4 inches by then but what do i need to do to grow 5 inches such as eating or exercising

i know of a boy growing 6 inches in one summer (3 months) so dont tell me it isnt possible


Answers:

I'm afraid nothing is going to make you grow (certainly not grow that much in such a short amount of time). The most you can do is get lots of sleep and eat healthily, though that probably won't help much, if at all. Really, it's just down to the height of your parents. Sorry! :'(
