My mom gets migranes every day. How can i help her soothe them?
My mom gets big headaches everyday. She takes an advil verey couple hours but that only helps her a little bit. I need some good ideas to make her feel better because I care about my mom alot.

Go buy her a book called " 50 ways to control migraines". it really helps. I have migraines and this book helps me alot.
