How Tall Will I Be?

15 year old here, turning 16 in October. I'm 5'8" and 165 pounds. My dad is 5'10", my mom is 5'3". Can you give me an estimate on how tall you think I can get if I maintain a healthy diet, enough sleep, and get excercise?

you probably got a few inches left

since your a boy you also have an extra year or two to grow

so i'd say your dad's height or a little taller

but you may have already reached your adult height

have you grown at a steady rate? or has your growth slowed down so much that it has almost compltetly stopped?
