The heat makes me sick. What can I do?
Summer is here and I'm already getting sick. I have A/C in my apartment and I feel fine in here but the moment I'm outside for even 10 minutes, I start to feel sick. I feel like I'm going to throw up, no energy and dizy. I try to drink lots of water, wear sun glasses and hats. I don't have to ability to move away for the summer to a cooler climate, even though I wish I could. Can you suggest anything to help me get through the next few months. I like to be outside and don't want to spend 2 months in my apartment.

I've thought about this long and hard, but I really don't know.
Is it better if you're swimming? Maybe taking something for nausea? A hat will often keep the heat in, perhaps sitting in the shade and eating lots of popsicles. I'll sometimes get sick in the heat while I'm camping so I take something for sea sickness which helps me from feeling tipsy or nauseous. Have you talked to your doctor?
